Your team leader can help you identify them and help you with what to say when approaching others. I always tell my team to let everyone on their list know that not only are they selling Avon but to come talk to them first if they or someone they know would like to join as well. I can not tell you how many times I have heard that one friend starts selling and one of her friends joins through someone else because they didn't know they could sign up under a brand new rep. Don't let this happen to you. Besides, it's fun working with and supporting friends.
So with my list in hand, online ads and face to face prospecting, I have signed up four people to my team. Thank you to my guinea pigs. I have learned a lot in these few weeks about my training style and how I need to tweak it for each individual. Not everyone wants the Full Monty, lol, but it's up to me to support everyone on my team to achieve their goals.
